SEDONA: AN ENERGETIC JOURNEY

Join us on this experiential journey into the sacred beauty of Sedona's red rock country. Experience the presence of the Ancient Ones in the rock formations, the healing power of the vortexes, and the mystery of the medicine wheel.

We are really excited about offering this workshop! Be prepared for a transformational experience amid the beautiful rock formations and energy vortexes of Sedona. It is truly a magical place.

Sedona is a town set amongst the most stunning red rock formations you can see anywhere on the planet. The magnificent beauty of red rock canyons and cliffs is breath taking, and a wealth of native history can be seen in near by Indian ruins.

In addition to being a beautiful and serene place, Sedona has long been known as a spiritual power center. This is because the power that emanates from vortexes in the area produces some of the most remarkable spiritual energy on the planet.

There are four main swirling centers of subtle energy coming from the earth in the Sedona area. Their energy resonates with and strengthens the Inner Being of people that come to within about a half mile of them. This resonance happens because the vortex energy is very similar to the subtle energy operating within each of us. You will find the Sedona vortexes both exciting and awe inspiring. If you are at all sensitive to subtle spiritual energies it will be easy to feel their unique presence. People come from all over the world to experience it.

We are offering this rich experience to anyone who wants to attend, so please feel free to invite your family and friends. However, we will have one evening set aside exclusively for Certified Heal Your Life teachers.

Here are the enriching activities we've planned:

RED ROCK VORTEX TOUR AND MEDICINE WHEEL

Led by Rahelio, an American born Toltec Shaman, we will experience the sacred mystery of the Sedona red rock country while visiting three of the strongest vortexes. Later, Rahelio will guide us in an initiation into the Medicine Wheel and all its wonder.

HEALING BREATH

Patricia and Rick will be facilitating an intensive Healing Breath session on Thursday morning to allow everyone to do some clearing before going to the vortexes.

In fact, breathing is so crucial to your body's ability to heal and sustain itself that Dr. Andrew Weil says, "If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip, it would be simply be to learn how to breathe correctly."

VISIT TO THE CHAPEL OF THE HOLY CROSS

The Chapel of the Holy Cross is a Catholic chapel belonging to the Parish of Saint John Vianney and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix. Marguerite Brunswig Staude, a pupil of Frank Lloyd Wright, had the idea for the Chapel in 1932, but was unable to create her largest work of art until 1956 (she was also an accomplished religious painter and sculptor).The Chapel appears to rise out of the surrounding red rocks. The towering cross and awesome panorama of buttes, valley and sky are a source of inspiration inviting rest and reflection.

AWARENESS EXERCISES FOR SENSING ENERGY

Prior to going to the vortexes, one session will focus on sensing energy. We are all energy beings. You'll practice sensing your own energy, that of others, and the energy in inanimate objects.

OUTDOOR MEDITATIONS AT THE VORTEXES

Meditation is particularly powerful in Sedona because of the energy there. People often have powerful insights about their lives while in Sedona. There will be time for meditation and reflection at the vortexes.

MINDFUL NATURE WALKING (Optional)

Getting out in nature is an important to our spiritual growth. There are numerous trails in Sedona, a few right by our hotel. One session you will have the option of quiet reflection or mindful walking.
